What we collect

• You: name, email, phone, home address, how we get into your home, an emergency contact and your vet (both optional).
• Your dogs: name, breed, size, birth year, whether they're good with other dogs, personality and health notes.
• Bookings: intro calls, walks, what you paid, refunds, and the notes your walker writes after each walk.
• Sign-in: we email you a one-time code; we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code and of your sign-in session.

We never see or store your card number: you pay on Stripe's page.

Who sees it

• The partners who run the business, and your walker (who sees what they need for your walks, including how to get in).
• Services that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending emails) and Mapbox (checking that your address is in our area; we keep the address you typed, not map coordinates).

We don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your details while you're a client and our booking and payment records as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. To change your details, ask your walker. To close your account, contact us and we'll close it and remove your home-access instructions: contact@yourdomain.com.
